All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Your online transaction is secured by SSL technology; however, should you not want to use your credit card online, we will gladly accept your personal check. For your convenience, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm your order total. Please note that your check must clear the bank before your order ships, resulting in a delay of up to 10 days. You'll find more information on how we protect your information at Security/Privacy. Shipping All orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. There is a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $7.50; however, we offer Free Shipping when your order exceeds a set dollar amount. That information can be found across the top of this page. We can only accommodate one shipping address per order. Multiple shipping addresses will each require a separate order and shipping charges will apply to each address. We currently ship to the USA only. Order Summary We recommend that you always print out a copy of your order as reference in case any questions arise. A copy of your order will be included when the order is shipped, but it's always nice to have your own copy in hand until it arrives. Customers who opt to become Registered Users can access their order online. Gifts Shipped Directly to the Recipient Most items are available for Gift Wrap; we'll even ship them directly to the lucky recipient! Simply choose the gift wrap option on the item(s) wanted. If we're shipping to the recipient, put your name and address in the "bill to" area, and their name and address in the "ship to" area. In the message box, tell us the inscription you'd like on the gift card and please tell us the date by which you'd like the gift to be received. For gift certificates and items that are too large to be wrapped, we will be happy to enclose a gift card at no charge. Please note that only one shipping address can be used per order. No sales tax is collected on orders shipped to other states. Gift Certificates There is no shipping charged or sales tax collected on Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates may be redeemed online during the checkout process. Should the total of the purchase be less than the value of the Gift Certificate, the balance will remain available for use up to the expiration date. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire one year from the date they are issued. Please guard your Gift Certificates carefully! They are redeemed by the randomly generated, unique code number which is on their face, so whoever enters that number may redeem the Gift Certificate. If the Gift Certificate is being mailed directly to the recipient, we will be glad to enclose a gift card at no additional charge. Simply tell us the inscription you'd like on the card in the message box on your order form. ReturnsSatisfaction Guarantee We hope you'll be delighted with every item you receive, but if you're not we will cheerfully exchange or refund the cost of any item returned within 30 days. Shipping charges and personalized items are not refundable. Please enclose a copy of your order form and note the reason for the return. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and can track the shipment in case you need to file a claim with your shipper. We cannot be responsible for damaged or misdirected shipments sent to us. We will acknowledge the receipt of all returns by using the e-mail address you provided on your order. If we have not contacted you within 10 days of when you sent the item, we recommend that you contact us at customercare@giving-angels.com Personalized Items The sale of all personalized items is final. Personalization will be done exactly per your written instructions when the order is placed, so please double check your spelling carefully. Damaged Items If an item is damaged when you receive it, please notify us immediately at customercare@giving-angels.com so we can file a report with our shipper. Please note that all damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the items. If you fail to notify us within that time, your right to file a damage claims report will be forfeited. |
