How is my order shipped and billed? Orders are shipped directly from Kirks Folly and billed through Giving Angels. Can I pay by check? No, a credit card is required for these orders. Are there items I cannot order? Not every item is available to Giving Angels. If an item is being offered at a Special or Sale price, please order directly from Kirks Folly. Club Memberships and exclusive Member Offerings can only be ordered from Kirks Folly, as well as Kirks Folly Gift Certificates. Aside from these, there may be an occasional item that isn't available to us. We'll let you know when you place your order if we're unable to get an item for you. Is there an order minimum? Yes. Your order must total at least $40.00 (before the discount is taken) in order to take advantage of this offer. How will my items be presented? Orders will be presented in packaging of Kirks Folly's choice. You won't receive Giving Angels packaging or a Romance Card with these items. Can I have my items gift wrapped? We're sorry; gift wrapping cannot be offered on these items. Can I use a Giving Angels Gift Certificate? Yes, we'll be glad to apply your order to a Giving Angels Gift Certificate. If Giving Angels is offering a Coupon or Free Gift with Order will I be able to take advantage of that offer? Since you're already getting a 15% discount without a Coupon, you won't be able to apply an additional Coupon to your order. We won't be able to include a Free Gift offer since your order is not shipping directly from our Giving Angels location. If Kirks Folly is offering a Coupon will I be able to take advantage of that offer? No, you'll be given 15% Off the Retail Price from us without a Coupon. To take advantage of a Kirks Folly Coupon, you'll need to order directly from them. Can I apply my Kirks Folly Club Membership discount? No. Our 15% discount supersedes your 10% Collectors Club discount. Can I order an item from Kirks Folly that's also available from Giving Angels in order to get 15% Off? Yes, you can. Please remember that these items won't have the Giving Angels packaging or Romance Card included. Can I get 15% Off the Kirks Folly items I order from the Giving Angels website? No; the 15% Off is our "thank you" to you for allowing us to serve you in this unique way. Since we have less handling of the order, we're passing the savings on to you. Giving Angels offers its own Sales, Coupons and Free Gifts throughout the year. These offers are always advertised on our home page. Can I combine my Kirks Folly order with a Giving Angels order to get Free Shipping? No. Since the orders are being shipped from two separate locations, we can't combine the totals in order to give Free Shipping. Will Sales Tax be charged to my order? Indiana residents will have 7% Sales Tax applied to their orders. Can I return items? Yes; items can be returned to Giving Angels within 30 days of purchase.
