Angel Stories Though we usually envision angels with wings, the angels we often encounter on earth have no wings. They look just like us, and in fact may choose their apparel to blend in with us and make us feel comfortable with them. For instance, a construction worker may be visited by an angel in workman's clothes, or a person in the hospital may have an angelic visitor in medical garb. However, you should still keep watch for a heavenly light and feathery wings, for some people are fortunate enough to see this glorious sight! Have you been visited by an angel? Angels Online Two of my favorite angel stories are on this site. The first was about a woman who awoke one night to find cherubs at play in her bedroom. They were just lounging on her dresser and were bathed in soft light. They paid her no attention, but she of course, has never forgotten these baby angels! The other was about a couple who found themselves in danger during the incoming tide and were rescued by four men in a rowboat. The men appeared out of nowhere and disappeared as quickly as they came, so the couple always believed that they were angels. They discovered years later that there had been an eyewitness to the rescue, and that he had carved a beautiful angel and positioned it on the beach as a tribute to the angels he saw saving them that day!
